Pinkberry in New York City

Came in and had to wait for the employer to come out from the back, after she was chatting for at least 10 minutes. She rudely approached me and my friend and rolled her eyes after I gave my order. What kind of customer service is this? If you hate your job, then go find another one!

Service was great! Very welcoming. Parking can be difficult on weekends. Small shop. Ice cream choices are A1! They let you try all of them. Highly suggest Vietnamese iced coffee and special breakfast. I also tried the milk & honey and the horchata rose, but I just had to get the first 2 I mentioned. Those were the 2 I've seen all over yelp. Definitely a 10/10!

Okay but not comparable if you're used to 16 handles, Nutella etc costs extra (which you only find out after paying and it's practiaclly too late to add it), the frozen Yogurt itself isn't the best and you can't put the toppings yourself

This place is alright. I've gone here multiple times and the frozen yogurt is decent with fairly good toppings. I recommend the waffle cookie in particular.Last time I went here they gave both my friend and me both the wrong flavor - we asked for the green tea I believe? And they gave us original - and it tasted off, very sour.I also tried the bubble waffle, and it was not good. Contrary to what the name suggests, a bubble waffle shouldn't taste like a normal waffle, and this one did. It was way too thick and didn't have that fluffy interior that a good bubble waffle should have. Stay away from this, it is not worth getting.In short, okay frozen yogurt, bad bubble waffle, okay service, and slightly expensive. If you've got a hankering for frozen yogurt you'll do fine here but it's nothing special.

The store charges $7 for ice cream + bubble waffle cake or $9 if you buy the two separately. I ordered ice cream + cake combo and asked the store clerk to put the cake on the side (instead of sticking the cake inside the ice cream). The store clerk charged me extra for putting the cake on the side. When I raised the issue with the clerk she refused to refund me the money and told me too bad.Last time I shop at this place. Too bad the cake was good

Typical frozen yogurt place. I think they should add more frozen yogurt flavors. The workers were patient. They let us choose 4 toppings! Don't order the gummy bears. They are frozen! The kids didn't finish theirs. Their bowls were full of uneaten gummy bears.

I saw some poor reviews and feel compelled to respond. The froyo tastes great - not overly sweet (as it does in many places) and the flavor is very good. Between us we tried peanut butter, passion fruit, kiwi & strawberry and chocolate swirl - all tasted great. Servings are generous both size and toppings. Service was a little slow - we visited at 23:00 on a Thursday. All in all we were happy. Will gladly visit here again.

It’s a nice Pinkberry. Seems like one lady working in here. She’s very patient and friendly. Great variety of flavors.

Good frozen yogurt place.

I saw pictures on Instagram and I knew I had to try it out...two of my most favorite things: ice cream and macarons put together in perfect unison and they did it flawlessly. Red velvet is ALWAYS a good choice, the watermelon is BOMB, and the Thai tea melts in your mouth like Mmmm!!! If you go here once, you'll have macaron ice cream cravings for months to come.

Do Not go here on Friday afternoons at around 6:00pm. The black lady who works as server during this time will fail to tell you their toppings policy until AFTER you've already chosen toppings, and then refuse to help you correct your order. Very unreasonable customer service. I am not sure what her other shifts are but Avoid this store when she is working. Getting a quick dessert was not worth the amount of frustration.

MACAROON ICE CREAM SANDWICHES! Need I say more? They are the best here! I wish I was in LA a lot more, but when I am in the area, I have to stop by Milk! The last time I was here, I had the Thai Tea Macaroon ice cream sandwich and it was to die for! I can't wait to be back in the LA area!

Rude cashier nagging I'f we're ready. Lady, we're looking at that lame wall menu, we're clearly not ready. Expensive, mediocre, at best, ice cream. Girlfriend liked it though, but she like yoghurt ice cream. She's at a four star.

Today will probably be my last time purchasing Pinkberry. Paying almost $9 for medium frozen yogurt with toppings is ridiculous and not worth it. When the staff told me my total was $8.59, and was taken back. I asked her if the price increased recently and she stated yes. Don't get me wrong, it's still delicious and the staffs are always friendly. Pinkberry tends to be a splurge for me but with the price increased, I can't justify spending that much on dessert. I'm just going to go when I redeem my birthday reward.

The bubble waffle taste absolutely horrible, and are not cooked fully. So the waffle taste raw and unsweet. I would not recommend going here anytime soon 🤮😡

Was there 04.13.2019 at 3:30pm. The rudest cashier I’ve ever met. When I asked what the flavors they have, with a stoned face he put his finger on the wall, and when he asked me something and I didn’t hear him because of the crowd he screamed at my face repeating the phrase he said before. Why does he work there if he hates it. It was his choice to work there, so, respect the people and give a good service. Super disappointed

We don't have pinkberry near us so this is the first time I've ever been. It was amazing. Love the new cookie butter flavor. I can't wait to go here on my next NYC visit. I'm really bummed we don't have any near us. Desperate for more of the cookie butter!

Great even after we ordered they gave us samples and advice,,,they don't fill the middle or top much so order bigger!

One of the last surviving pinkberries. I think their yogurt is much better than red mango nowadays. It's much more tart and they are the only ones to carry the little dark chocolate balls~

A few of their flavors are good when they are available :) They change them every so often, so no promises. It's good to go when they offer discounts.

I can only speak for the peanut butter swirl, it's really good! Toppings are great and there's a great choice (cookie dough, fruits, chocolate, etc.). However, they're not exceptional hence "only" 4 stars.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a dessert and waited for too long. When I asked if my order was ready, the lady told me my name was called. Like seriously!!?? For a very small place like this, it is not too hard to hear your name called. So i figured the people that work here are liars and lazy. There was only one cashier and the other helper barely get out to assist. Such a horrible service while letting other customers wait on the line. They did not even have the nerve to apologize. The dessert taste regular. There's nothing great about the waffle and they overcharge. Could've went to a different dessert place other than this. Definitely not recommended at all.

It's great, but the icecream melts too fast. Too Fast. But I like it. I recommend you to eat in winter.

This place is the business. Love this place for desserts. Their ice cream filled macaroons make your iQ higher and their cakes make you a better driver especially for all you ladies out there. Haha jk. But their treats are good, not good excellent, not good they're GRATEEEEE. Their parking sucks cause you have to pay though. Ain't nobody got time fo dat.

I am such a supportive customer when it comes to Pinkberry. I speak so highly about it because truly I enjoy the rich quality of yogurt and sides Pinkberry offers. I went out this weekend with my boyfriend and was going on about how great it is - and unfortunately when we got our yogurt it tasted so different then the hundredth other times I have been to Pinkberry in Cali. The yogurt tasted old for some reason, ,and their fruit was not sliced up in fine pieces like they are in California. I was very disappointed, it left a sour taste in my boyfriends mouth and I couldn't change his mind there and then about truthfully how good Pinkberry is.

Understaffed but extremely kind staff member did the best he could we a long line and tons of people waiting.

I LOVE PINKBERRY but when short staffed you do wait a little. But I will still go just hard to wait on a lunch break. Flavor: pomegranate, waffle cone, chocolate crisps and mochi

One of my favorite indulgences, even though I only go there once in awhile, it is worth the wait. The fruit and toppings are always fresh and the choice of yogurt flavors is decent. Tastes good too!

A nice little Pinkberry tucked away in New York City's Koreatown it has limited seating but a very nice decor and friendly staff, you have flavors like cookies and cream to choose from and peanut butter to name a few. They have toppings like Captain Crunch, fruity pebbles

Been wanting to try this place out for a while but was a little disappointing. Yes all those macarons looked so so pretty but I got the salted caramel and it was just meh. The shell did not seem fresh, it was really hard to bite into and pull apart from the ice-cream. I would have to say that I much prefer other places.

My daughter's froyo cup was hollow in the middle. We all had a good laugh about that. The other daughter's was loaded, so not all cups are created equal I suppose. Probably won't return.

They weren't open at 12:12 pm on a Saturday, despite their posted hours saying that they open at 11 am. There was a staff member inside very obviously ignoring anyone that came up and knocked on the door.

I love pinkberry, but over the years the price went up. It is a good quality frozen yogurt and they are clean. Usually there is an air pocket inside content of the yogurt and give an illusion of a full big cup of frozen yogurt. I usually visit the pinkberry in St. Marks street and never have a problem. However, I was very disappointed at this place since I got a huge cave air pocket on my cup. Basically 35% was air pockets. It is not the staff problem but if you are paying more than 8 dollars, you rather make sure your get your money's worth. Give your business to next door- Red Mango.

Love the yogurt ice cream with the toppings. The service could be better, but if you are a fan like me, you wont mind!

Came here with the family for post-father'sdaybrunch desserts. I've been here once or twice before, and this place still hasn't lost its hype. The servers are friendly and they have a huge variety of desserts to choose from. It's pretty expensive for ice cream, but Pinkberry is one of those places where you tell yourself it's okay to spend $5 on an ice cream sandwich. I definitely recommend trying the blue velvet cake at least once.

Expensive (over $8) but delicious. Someone scoops your toppings for you (I kind of like self serve). Clean tables to sit at. I enjoyed this treat!
